Terms and condition
Service Agreement: By engaging our cleaning services, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined in this document.
Scope of Services: The specific cleaning services to be provided will be detailed in a separate agreement or work order. Any changes or additions to the scope of services must be agreed upon in writing by both parties.
Payment: Payment for cleaning services is due as per the agreed-upon terms. Late payments may incur additional charges or lead to the suspension of services.
Cancellation or Rescheduling: If you need to cancel or reschedule a cleaning appointment, please provide sufficient notice as specified in the agreement. Failure to do so may result in cancellation fees.
Access to Premises: It is your responsibility to ensure our cleaners have safe and unrestricted access to the premises at the agreed-upon time. If access is denied or delayed, additional charges may apply.
Liability: While our cleaners take reasonable care in performing their duties, we are not liable for any damages or losses incurred during the cleaning process. Please ensure valuable or delicate items are secured before our arrival.
Confidentiality: Our cleaners respect the confidentiality of your personal information and any proprietary or sensitive information they may come across during the cleaning process.
Complaints: Any concerns or complaints regarding our cleaning services should be reported within 24 hours of the service completion, allowing us the opportunity to address and resolve the issue.
Termination: Either party may terminate the cleaning services by providing written notice as per the agreed-upon terms. Outstanding payment obligations and any applicable termination fees will still apply.
