Refund Policy

Refund policies for Seasons cleaning services may vary depending on the specific reason. However, here is a general outline of a refund policy from our side.

Notification: To request a refund, you should notify tus as soon as possible after the completion of work, preferably within a specified timeframe, such as 24 hours after the service was completed. Promptly reporting any issues or concerns allows the provider to address them promptly.

Refund Eligibility: Refunds are typically issued in cases where the service provided does not meet the agreed-upon standards or where significant issues or damages occur during the cleaning process. Our criteria for refunding payment

Refund Process: If you are eligible for a refund, We will initiate the refund process. The method and timeline for the refund take up to 7 working days.

Exceptions: It’s important to note that refund policies may have certain exceptions or limitations. For example, refunds may not be granted for dissatisfaction due to factors beyond the control of the cleaning service provider, such as extreme clutter or pre-existing conditions in the premises.
